Updated safety guidelines for monsoon-season backwater trips

We’ve updated our monsoon-season protocols for houseboat departures in coordination with our Alleppey operating partners. Departures may now be rescheduled by up to 24 hours if local authorities issue a heavy-rain advisory for a given route.

This does not apply to land-based itinerary days, which continue as scheduled. Affected travellers are notified directly by their Holiday Director.
